Our Cybersecurity Specialist program is designed to teach students how to monitor, detect, investigate, analyze, and respond to cybersecurity events thus protecting systems from cybersecurity risks, threats, and vulnerabilities. Security Operations: Students will learn how to investigate, respond to, and hunt for threats using industry leading tools for Cloud. In this course you will learn how to mitigate cyberthreats using these technologies. Specifically, you will configure and use Microsoft tools to perform detection, analysis, and reporting.
AI Prompt Engineering: Students will gain the knowledge and skills to effectively use AI in workplace and project environments, including foundational concepts, prompt engineering, tool selection, and practical project applications. Students will also learn to apply responsible AI practices related to quality, privacy, ethics, and human review.
NIST Cybersecurity Foundation: The students will gain knowledge & skills to implement NIST Cybersecurity Framework within organizations.
IT Enterprise Governance: Students will gain the knowledge and skills to implement the COBIT framework to govern and manage enterprise information and related technology holistically. They will learn to identify end-to-end business and functional responsibilities while considering the IT-related interests of internal and external stakeholders.
Cybersecurity Operations: Students will gain the baseline knowledge and skills needed to successfully handle the tasks, duties, and responsibilities of an associate-level Security Analyst working in a Security Operations Center.
