The Green Belt certification provides students with a deeper comprehension of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Operating as a support player on the Six Sigma team, the Green Belt analyzes and solves quality problems. Our training utilizes the DMAIC phases, as well as all aspects of running a Six Sigma Green Belt business, including management, service delivery, design, production, and customer satisfaction.
